What is going on

I made a purchase on Takealot on Tuesday 12 December 2017 and was informed that delivery would take place on Friday 15th December 2017. Lo and behold this date was suddenly moved on Friday to reflect Monday 18th December 2017 and now today I am informed that this has now been moved to 19th December 2017. Is this how you people do business? Really?
