What I ordered/what was delivered

I have ordered 3 piece luggage bags in dark red and they delivered black. The prices are difference and they didn't even credit me. I returned it using my own petroleum and I got an email that they will replace them. I then received an email that my order is ready for collection. I drove to their pick up point and received the order. Guess what same product that I just returned just differrent package. I then had to drive back again to return it for the second time. They then decides to refund me with no apology. Surprisingly the email informed me that the color, I requested is out if stock yet they still advertising it. So who is fooling who here? I then ordered anothet brand and it was delivered with incorrect color? I really don't know whats happening with their suppliers. I did wrote an email but I doubt will receive any feedback anytime soon. Im so disappointed.
