What has happened to TAKEALOT?

I am usually very impressed with Takealot.com. But unfortunately with this latest order for a coffee machine, I have been let down.

Ordered on 15 May 2023, and now on June 6, I still have not received any order. I have emailed several times & been given the run around excuse about a "ship order". Every time I call & I give my order number, the consultant says they're looking at it & then the call drops. Today I spoke to Zwandile & she promised to call me back with nothing.

I have even tried to cancel the order & I'm told I cannot. All I can do is send it back when it comes. When will it come?

It's almost R4 000 & three weeks later with NO ANSWERS!
