What has happened to service at takealot

I placed an order on Thursday morning and paid for same day deliver. The order was for some cardboard and paper which my son needed to take to school on Friday. Needless to say the order was not delivered. I was not contacted. I tried calling but none of the phone lines is working properly and had to submit a form for cancellation. Now I have to go buy the stuff again this morning and rush it to school. ********** after sales service. Highly inconvenienced. Non existent call center help. What has happened to takealot?! Will definitely not be using them in future as it is the last in a long line of disappointments.
