What has happended to Takealot

I placed an order 29 May and it was set to be delivered 31 May, I didn't receive my order and after 4 emails one representative mailed me back, Sharlton.W, he then made promises to get the ordered delivered and asked if they can split the delivery, which I asked not to, then he informed me that that same product he wanted to split has been damaged and split my order anyway, I received half my order and is still waiting for my goods.

What's even more disappointing is that Sharlton.W has stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with no resolution or update on my order. Takealot's standards have clearly fallen, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received.
