What happened with Take2
Things have changed over the last few years.

1) I bought a power supply which would've been my last upgrade to my current computer which was faulty.
They replaced the power supply but that still leaves me with a dead computer just staring at me. I would like to know how this is going to be fixed as I will not put another cent into it.

2) I received a R100 coupon (for R300 or over) and used it to place a R307 order. I then went and made a direct deposit of R210 to get the funds cleared as soon as possible. Payment was cleared without a notification and after a few days I saw the order was on its way and R3 credit was allocated. All seemed well in place until I received my parcel with only 2/3 items. I was then emailed afterwards that I can choose between credit or repayment for a R207 item that no longer is in stock which I understood, I accepted credit as I am a regular customer. I checked my credit a few days later which only showed R104 + another R100 coupon allocated for the item, which I am still struggling to understand.

It feels like my business is going through a call centre and would like someone with a fixed email address can contact me and sort this out asap.
