What happened to service , fast delivery and customer satisfaction

<p>I have been told that buying at (take a forever) has the best service delivery for online site purchasing as I was proven wrong quickly. As a first customer at the place I would have suspected that they would at least after the 5th call correct their mistakes and try to meet me half way. But no since a colleague of mine order a parcel 4 days after me and received it a day later. I’ve been waiting 5 days now for a parcel, is it the logistics I’m not sure but for some reason the delivery man can't seem to find a 8 story 6000 square meter building in a busy street arcadia.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thought it well after being let down too many times to contact the customer service again only to be told that I should wait another day, but know who will pick up my parcel as I am away for the weekend hence purchasing something online to go away for the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not sure when I will receive my parcel, but I will definitely not make use of your service again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope this review finds the eyes of the right people</p>
