What happened to our order?!?!

We ordered safety boots worth R479.00 - Sale order number #***. My sister has been waiting at home the whole day only to check on the takealot app that the order was delivered and signed by her today at 16:57pm how??? When??? No call from the delivery guy, no order, nothing!!!! So what does this mean exactly?!?!?!?!
