what happened TAKEALOT

This is the first time ever I had a problem with TAKEALOT. Firstly it took exceptionally long to get my package delivered, then I got a sms that says being delivered on monday between 8-5, a while later I get a sms again to say rescheduled for SUNDAY anytime before 5pm. Thought okay reschedule my WHOLEDAY to wait for delivery then he pitches almost 2hrs late and then gives me 1 of the 2 boxes required and said they could not find the other box, he then phones his boss which advises him to take back the one box and deliver tomorrow as per original sms. Now it shows delivered on your website , but I have nothing and heard nothing from them about today after they made me cancel my whole sunday for NO DELIVERY, please advise? aggg nee ai
