What great service!

<p>I ordered a Tom Tom Bandit camera, I urgently required it as we have a huge event on this weekend in Port Shepstone. Everything is booked and we're well prepared for what lies ahead. The camera arrived on Monday 20 June 2016 but I could only go and buy a SD Card the Tuesday (21 June 2016) To my suprise and it's no one's fault the camera was faulty, the right button would not work, meaning that we cannot even go pass the setup of the camera. I phoned Takealot and explained I'm willing to drive from Pretoria to Johannesburg on my own expense to exchange the camera as I'm going on Friday 24 June to Port Shepstone and the camera is a crucial part of it. I was put through to a lovely lady with the name of KIm Simrie who arranged for the faulty camera to be retrieved and get this, for me to have the new camera dilvered the same day. She e-mailed, phoned, sms'd, everything possible on her side. I'm so impressed with her service and attitude.
