What goes up must come down!

<p>Purchased a Salton SBBW2 baby bottle warmer from Takealot. The unit leaks. Sadly I changed the plug since the earth knob was about to break (within 6 months). It then leaked, I returned it but Takealot (or Salton) refuse to fix or replace it. This is after I have purchased 10's of thousands of rands of items from their store.</p> <p>What have I learned:</p> <p>1. Salton products don't last 6 months (plug or warmer unit)</p> <p>2. Takealot refuse to return a unit since it has a new (better quality Clipsal snapper) plug on!</p> <p>3. You ... should never buy Salton products (especially if a baby is involved)!</p> <p>4. Takealot service goes up, now it must come down (Newton)</p> <p>5. When is Newegg or Argos coming to South Africa!?</p>
