<p>Purchased a product</p> <p> </p> <p>I realised If was the wrong item I tried to get the order canceled, Beacause Of the slow customer service and almost being impossible to find the takealot number It was shipped .arrived Friday</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a return , when the item arrived I opened the box to confirm it was incorrect.</p> <p>The item was collected on monday, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED,IN orginal Box basically next business day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot refuse to credit the item, ********** , This is a joke will contiune to escalate this till it is resovled .</p> <p> </p> <p>If they try send it back will take photos and post them</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats dissappionting after the huge amounts of money I spend with them they would rather rely on ********* business shortcuts</p>
