What do you do when Takealot rips you off

Takealot.com tyres ripoff. I am a regular Takealot customer. Recently I had the misfortune of buying replacement tyres from them. I chose Kumho Sense and to my surprise, they brought me Goodride tyres. I see on the app store that Goodride is the cheapest Chinese brand offered there. To make it worse, Takealot only stuck a label of the tyre brand I had chosen on the tyres that they brought. There is still no explanation from Takealot about this blatant ripoff. This is bad customer care to say the least.
