WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE????

Bought a Lego set only to have pieces missing. Returned to warehouse a month ago for replacement- they rejected the return without communication. Spoke to consultant who said he’ll get it sorted- still waiting- keep on getting emails to log missing pieces with Lego but Takealot has my Lego set and my R920. I’m considering laying a charge of theft at SAPS. They are definitely selling inferior products and I will most certainly never buy from them again.
