What an inconvenience

I thought the point of these apps like takalot / online shopping was to make life abit more convenient for us but all it has caused me is my time and patience , you guys really need to invest in logging areas "YOU FIND AS DANGEROUS " before you allow us to place the order now I need yo wait three to 5 days for a refund after already waiting two weeks for a delivery that kept being resceduled , because you don't even allow us to change our delivery address .
