What an awaful service

I ordered a running watch and received this past Thursday. To my surprise the device was faulty and on Friday morning I logged a return on the website. I got an sms saying that faulty device will be collected on Monday before 12 and to my surprise I received an sms at 8H24 saying I wasn't there and collection couldn't be done. That's a lies as I am always available on the phone especially when I have deliveries/collections pending.

I have just spoken to Marvin as I was typing this and he has promised to have faulty device collected before 3pm tomorrow. I would like TakeALot to investigate the claims by the driver that he did come and also called but I wasn't available. I have put through a refund request and as it sits R2500 is lying with you and I can't use it. You, yes you reading this, how would you feel if someone were to withhold your own hard cash due to incompetence and lies?
