What a total let down

I ordered an Xbox 360 Game for my sons birthday to go with his birthday sonic theme, the Sega Mega Ultimate collection game and instead when he opens the box it has some racing game with the Sega Mega Drive ultimate collection bar code sticker. How do you label something that says one thing and send out something else for packaging and delivery.
