What a SHOC****!!!!!

What a disappointment, After no power in our area for a hole day due to cable theft, my ADSL router stop to function when the power came back, the router has a 3year warranty, but TAKEALOT decided to repair this device, upon receiving it back today, the hole device is broken and disassembled, what a shock, plus no one communicated or contacted me at all, now what do I do???? there is no report on the device or any correspondence from TAKEALOT, I don't think I will spend my money with TAKEALOT again!!!!! Please note that this router is only 13 months old and is now in now working order at all!!!!
