<p>Great customer service should not be the exception but the norm.</p> <p>Unfortunately this is not the case.</p> <p>TAKEALOT.com is one such exception.</p> <p>I have ordered several items from TAKEALOT.com and each time I received the items on time and received advance warning from the courier on the day of delivery.</p> <p>Once, I received a damaged item which was collected from my home and the replacement item delivered, all at TAKEALOT.com’s expense and with no fuss whatsoever.</p> <p>All this combined with great prices.</p> <p>It is a pleasure to deal with TAKEALOT.com.</p>
