WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

My initial shopping experience was great, quick, and easy. However, the service I have received since then has been extremely disappointing.

As soon as my order arrived, I checked the size of the hockey item and immediately noticed that the size was not correct. I therefore logged a return and requested an exchange for a size 32. However, when I reviewed the exchange details, it reflected that I had reordered a size 34 again, which did not make sense to me.

I contacted your customer service team to rectify this mistake. The return was scheduled to be collected on 21 August. However, instead of the return being collected and the exchange processed, both the return and exchange were cancelled without any explanation.
