What a joke

I am not one to name and shame, but...

I bought a vacuum from Takealot, and on the 29th of April 2022, I sent it for repairs as it wasn't working correctly. I waited for 31 days until they finally returned my vacuum, frustratingly without the vacuum pipe! I then waited 66 days for them to finally realise they could not find my pipe and to refund me my money after taking the vacuum back.

To further irritate me, they had the incorrect return sent to me on the 26th of July 2022, which I immediately flagged with them, this return has yet to be collected from me despite my constant nagging for them to do so. So if you are the rightful owner of a Star Sun Blender as in the photo and can provide the correct return number which I have, you can come to get your Blender as Takealot may only get it from me and to you, in another 90 days... Who knows! I have never experienced such shocking service, they are all for generic "sorry for the inconvenience".
