What a joke

Once again I got stabbed in the back by Takealot. I received my returned product back today, but with exactly the same problem I had to send it back to them?? SERIOUSLY??, the "supervisor" at returns does not have any sympathy towards THEIR PROBLEM (but it's easy to shift the blame, of course you know. Takealot did not pay attention, twice when they were packing), I am paying for and If I want a refund, the courier has to pick up the parcel first? excuse me, I had to pay before a courier delivered to me, in full!

It is totally unacceptable that this had happened twice, yes twice? I am so extremely angry but laughing at their ? at the same time.I will not purchase anything from them again. EVER!
