what a Hot mess takalot is

i am very disappointed in the ********** service. I places an order as ill be working up to midnight 24Th December so i used there platform to purchase gifts for my family when making the purchase i was mindful enough to ensure that all the products I am ordering are available in stock order was paid for and date was set for delivery 22nd only to follow up after not getting delivery confirmation and see that one of the items have been cancelled and the other two have been moved out to Jan 2023. When calling the call-center you hold to 10 to 15 Minutes only for the line to be dropped and emails you get vague responses with no actual assistance. This is very disappointing considering iv been shopping with them for well over two years now and this has ruined my experience so much that this will be my last purchase with them.
