What a disrespectful unorganized laughing stock

<p>So i order two tomtom watches, two are delivered but one is faulty. We notify takealot which promises to deliver a replacement within a given period. Takealot misses the deadline which they created. When they eventually send a courier, a secondhand item is delivered. How rude is that!! We notify takealot, who then promises to replace the faulty and secondhand item ( both still in our possession).... the courier arrives, collects the first faulty item and go's..... that's it. Weeks since the original order was placed and paid for in full, here we sit out of pocket and out of product. Bul**** by an online company. I highly recommend that anybody even partially contemplating the possibility of even thinking about ordering through takealot.com - Don't !! Don't !! Don't !! You will pay for it, one way or another.... or in more ways than one!!</p>
