Went from 5 star service to no service at all

I don't know if takealot changed management or something but the delivery proses suddenly turned VERY disappointing.

Last year I ordered on the 13th and the order was delivered on the 15th all the way from johannesburg to cape town. This year I ordered on the 14th... 5 days later and the order HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. NO communication as to why not.

Even the parallel imports products I ordered in September arrived sooner than Christmas presents this December. At this moment spending a bit more for something in the shop will be better than waiting a month for takealot to remember to ship the damn things.
