For a while now I shared some negative experiences that I had with TaeAlot.com. However in all fairness, I coming back a few months later to say that TakeAlot.com is really the best online service I used during my time in SA. The products that I complained about were returned to TakeAlot.com & they refunded me very quickly without a problem. When I returned other goods, as long as I was within the policy & goods in the same god condition, I could return with no question asked & refunded ASAP. Some products are not what is advertised but you can return them with no hitch. Takelot's service has been good. I am here in South Korea, enjoying all the last few items I ordered before I left SA, including my electric blanket, which is great in this freezing winter.
