Well done Takealot, I wish all companies offered service like you

I have been having problems with my credit card not connecting to the Takealot OTP site. This was not the fault of Takealot but with my bank and myself. The problem was eventually resolved but only after I had over 30 cancelled orders because of non payment. Takealot were always totally understanding and the assistance from their Help staff was excellent. Then because I had to use my smart phone for the first time rather than my computer I managed to duplicate my order. Again fantastic support from Takealot and always quick and efficient service.

I always find Takealot prices are good and always deliver on time as promised. Never any problems. Because of my card problems I could not use Takealot for 2 months and I really missed them, especially as a high risk covid person.

I am so pleased to be able to use Takealot again and congratulate then and their staff for fantastic service
