Well done Takealot for the most disgusting service ever!

I thought I was purchasing the novel of ‘Jane Campion’s The Piano’ - as it was named on Takealot. When they delivered it (already with a tiny dog ear on the corner) I see that it was not the novel at all but was the film handbook for the movie ‘The Piano’. So I sent it back to Takealot stating that it was not correctly named on their sites and is not what I ordered. They refused to refund me based on this ridiculous ‘dog ear’ on the corner- even though it was delivered to me like that!!!!! I said to them that if it had been the correct book I would have kept it regardless of the dog ear, but I have no use for a film hand book. Shocking service, and I will never ever use Takealot again. Truly disgusted.
