Well done Takealot

I wish to thank Takealot.com for their speedy assistance to a query about an order I contacted them about. Even although I had contacted them on behalf of my daughter, as it was regarding an order she had placed but she was unable to contact them on Facebook, the staff at Takealot tracked her order, and let me know when it would be delivered. The fault was entirely ours, some mix-up with email addresses. Well done Takealot, All this happened just after online shopping was once again allowed last Thursday 14 May, so they must have been inundated wtih queries/orders. Their assistance was polite, helpful and firendly.
