Well done Takealot

Excellent service from Takealot. I notified Takealot that one of the Canon printer cartridges I ordered was faulty. The colour cartridge reflected as full on my printer but the black was zero. I presumed that the ink had dried out in the cartridge. To my surprise the next day a replacement pack of the two cartridges was delivered to my home. I did not even have time to repack the faulty cartridges into a suitable package for the courier to return the items. This gesture and prompt delivery shows that Takealot is a professional company that cares for its customers. Well done Takealot.
