Well Done Carla!

Great example of how to do things right, when things go wrong. The lesson in life and in customer service, is that it's not about the things that go wrong, it's about how you redeem the situation, once things start to go wrong.

I recently bought a product online from [URL Removed] and was informed that the product could not be delivered. Not such a great thing to happen, but this potentienally unpleasant situation was handled with such class by Carla Schoeman.

She kept me informed via email, as she contacted the supplier and successfully had the product replaced and delivered to me. I was informed and I was never left wondering what was going on. She even arranged for the other items in my order to be delivered, while she resolved the issue with the supplier. During this resolution, a delivery deadline was missed, but it was so easy to forgive you guys, because I could see the heart and effort to get things right.

Carla's resolution of the problem was seamless and required almost no intervention from my side. The right things just happened.

Great Job Carla! Well Done!

Hello KnowTheDifferenc,

It's never great when something goes wrong with an order or delivery and we therefore agree that it's all about how you make it right. First we want to commend your understanding that things don't always work out as expected and secondly for giving Carla the opportunity to resolve this. We're pretty sure your understanding & calm approach contributed to making the entire process go so smooth & appreciate that you went even further to write this lovely compliment.

We're really spoilt to have your support & look forward to many more great experiences with you. We'll do our best to make your next order go without a hiccup.

Thanks a mill!
