I have been ordering from takealot.com throughout the year. Smooth order process, always well packed and on time. Once I had a defect poduct from a third party seller on their web site. The return process was as smooth as the order one. Had my money reimbursed on third day. Had a defect product from some other retailer once which had taken me hours of emails and calls to get a refund and only received one after my review here. So here lies the difference and takealot.com seems to take the amazon approach. That why the US retailer became that big and most retailers still dont get the message. Well done, takealot.com.
