I placed an order and then paid my account via eft a few days later and sadly woke up to a cancellation order email in the morning.I phoned your call center and Zayaan Raban was so friendly and helpful and her and Abdule-Quardir Amein emailed me with continued updates and I received my refund into my bank account with in a day of me asking.. Well done team
