Weekend Deliveries failure

On my recent purchase I was offer a few delivery dates. For context this matters as I have no one at home to receive my order and considering it was a R19 000 order I couldn’t have it delivered to work. With that in mind and as a Takealot more customer I opted for a weekend delivery which was rescheduled on 2 weekends in a row. When I called your call centre the agent confirmed that this depo doesn’t ever deliver on weekends, so why do you offer this so I am now forced to cancel because a weekday delivery isn’t possible and on my refund amount there is a difference in amount?? I have cancelled my order with you and will just go to Makro on the weekend and buy it there, but stop offering and charging people for a service you can’t offer it’s irresponsible and unprofessional
