Wedding Dress Disaster

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">I was extremely excited to find my perfect wedding dress at my favourite online store which has turned into a disaster. I received the dress and as you can imagine couldn't wait to try it on, only to find I had been sent the wrong dress. I requested an exchange and for the correct dress to be sent. I was then informed that they found the dress but the zip was broken and I could have the dress with the broken zip, a refund or wait for a new dress. I opted to wait for the new dress and had to continuously enquire whether they had recieved it only to be told today that they won't be getting it. At this point I would even take the dress with the broken zip as my wedding is in 3 months and this is the dress I dream to walk down the aisle in. I have had poor communication and this has not been treated with any urgency and has been ongoing for a month. Please help me get the dress of my dreams even if it has to be the broken zip one. I need this urgently to be resolved.&nbsp;</span></p>
