Website sells items that are not the real deal!

On 10/12/2015, a Tempur Original Extra-Large pillow was ordered and paid for from [URL Removed] On 12/12/2015 the order was delivered only to be discovered that the pillow delivered was a size Small Pillow. The [URL Removed] call center was immediately called, where I spoke with Boitcheko, who advised me that my order was for a Small Pillow - however when purchasing the Pillow online, it did not provide me with size options. Should I have been provided the size options, I would have certainly chosen to purchase an Extra Large Tempur Original Pillow (which is what was advertised)! Even when checking the description and the product information of the Tempur Original Pillow on the [URL Removed] website, it states the size as being Extra Large. I am highly unhappy about the service I have received from [URL Removed] On 13/12/2015, I received a call from Monique and I was advised that my order is indeed correct as there is a problem with the website- I.e. When ordering from the [URL Removed] website, the only ordering option is an extra large pillow. Therefore, what is being advertised by [URL Removed] and what is being delivered to the consumer are two different things. Consumers beware!
