Website description not the same as item delivered

Takealot has become one of the worst online shopping business ever. I bought chairs and first order was right but the next other was a disaster. They allow companies to sell what is not described on the website. I am so disaplointed that I ordered 3 times and they keep selling me nonsense that is not even the same as the pictures.

Takealot needs to do something with suppliers who sell us items that don't match the website's description.
