We will call you to arrange delivery

When you log on to track your delivery, they specifically say \We will call you to arrange delivery\" However, they NEVER do. I have complained about this but to no avail. It is still on their delivery page and they still don't do as they say, so needless to say, I have to arrange that someone sits around and waits for them to arrive. Why make a statement that you aren't willing/able to comply with. Whats the point of bringing a ***** up to someones attention and they don't rectify it ? When it comes to service, TAKEALOT is one of the best in SA and they are still pathetic. Best of a bad bunch."
