We takealot of your money without valuing you!!!!

I am disgusted to say the least, I made an honest mistake when ordering the incorrect nappy sizes from you on order no ***, we did not use the nappies, because we still had stock. I logged a request to exchange for a bigger size, just to be told that there is a 30 day window in which to return, which I understand, but do you honestly want to tell me that you TAKEALOT are willing to lose my business in which in 2015 alone I spent to the tune of 31K, because I made a mistake and you are getting sticky over a R300 pack of nappies?!?!? Good luck with keeping your doors open if this is how you do business!!!!!
