We don't care

Takealot collected 4 faulty magneto lights from me. Only 2 have been replaced and they can't find the other 2, yet they collected all 4 and tooks pics at my front gate. It's now 3 weeks later and every day I call and mail them but no one ever comes back to me. I have paid the money, but have not received the items due to me. Then to top it off, I must call after them but still no one can provide me with an update or the items. I'm beyond annoyed and Takealot is not phased ar all, then again why would they be, as they have my money and the items....
