we do not deliver

I am really disappointed with driver of Take a Lot, i received the call from driver today regarding my delivery today as he is telling me that they do not deliver to my address, but i told him that this is not first time i am receiving delivery from Take a Lot I've been receiving from 2019 then driver said that my address said that it is King William's Town (Town name) but he recognized as Bhisho, so i told him that it is King William's Town not Bhisho we on actually close to Bhisho while i am talking to him he insisted that it is in Bisho he didn't want to hare what i am talking about, while i am talking to him he said OK by and put the phone down.
