Water damaged books and no returns policy for books - PATHETIC

I ordered a book from takealot which arrived today. The box it came in came with no "cushioning" or protection. The box was undamaged but the book had water damaged and is dirty along the edges.

Takealot has a no returns policy on books but this is just ridiculous as they packed a damaged and wet book to send to a customer. I will not be buying any more books from them!
