Wasting my time

I have placed an order on Tuesday, 19 March 2019.

Original delivery date was set for Monday, 25 March 2019.

On Friday, 22 March 2019, I received a notification that said my parcel has arrived at the courier facility in Vanderbijlpark.

I decided to phone Takealot to find out if I could collect my order from the facility seeing that I stay in Vanderbijlpark and that I don't have to wait till Monday, 25 March 2019.

The lady told me that the facility does not support collections due to security reasons but asked if she could reschedule my delivery for Saturday, 23 March 2019 between 08:00 and 12:00.

Waited for the delivery team to phone me so that I could collect my parcel from my work office in Vereeniging.

At 12:00 I eventually phoned Takealot to find out where my order is, spoke to a guy that told me the Vanderbijlpark facility does not support weekend deliveries after THEY rescheduled it for Saturday, 23 March 2019.

Imagine the disappointment.

I would appreciate receiving correct information in future, I would have had no problem if they told me that from the start.

Please stop wasting people's time.
