Wasted 1hr and 30mins at a pickup point waiting for staff to find my parcel

Takealot pickup point in witbank is useless. Front lady only allows 3 people inside even though ut is not covid. You wait outside for 45minutes so the staff can finish with the 3 customers in front of you. When you eventually get to the front they take another 45mins to find your parcel. Absolute nonsense, stock/parcel management would make it 10x faster but no we rather just throw all the parcels onto a stack and take 45mins to find it. What a joke
