Waste of time. Wrong description and no help from stuff on desk and call center.

<p>Hi. </p> <p>i am writing this review from your Cape Town warehouse.I bought usb c type charging cable but unfortunately because of wrong description i couldn't get it. And i asked gentelman who help me for delivery he said he cannot give me correct item immediately even if i ordered from warehouse computer. And we called call center. lady on the phone was pushing me and insting me description is right. As a customer i have explained to her but she wasnt listening at all. Wasting my time is free? even my time isn't worth it give a little bit attention to listen what i am saying? No help even you make mistake? no apologies for wrong description? Bad... bad... bad... i ll think twice before i recommended takealot... just disgusted.. shame.... </p>
