Waste of time! Pathetic service

1March I ordered and paid for an item.The next day I got an email saying that the supplier was out of stock.When I queried why the item was still on the site and did not reflect that it was out of stock I was told they would follow up on it. Two days later I received an email to say the supplier did have stock and thats why it was still shown as in stock.I immediately ordered the item again.Delivery would take5-7 working days.Today 11days later I get told the supplier is out of stock.<br> <br> PLEASE TELL ME HOW HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE??<br> Youve had my money all this time!All the while I wait in anticipation for my damn things to arrive!!HOW MINUTES AFTER BEING TOLD THERE IS STOCK I PLACE ORDER AND PAY AND YET SUDDENLY NOW THEY OUT OF STOCK AGAIN?!!!
