Waste of time and false information

Waiting on my delivery all day and as per the Takealot app my item was delivered and I signed, but nothing was received. NOT HAPPY as I wasted hours sitting at home waiting. Why say I received my item when I'm still waiting on it. Pls let me know how to cancel. Order #***
