Waste of time

Need a serious look at their deliveries. Ordered and paid for items on the 28th of November. They said, ships in 5 to 7 days. After payment, the order said there's now a delay as they are waitinf for an item from their suppliers. Delivery is no longer expected on 7 December but on 17 DECEMBER. Seriously... If items take 3 weeks to ship from your supplier, then they are obviously out of stock and that should be communicated before an order is placed and paid for.
