Waste of time !

I purchased the i7 earpods as a gift. The device wouldn't hold charge for more than an hour. I had the item returned for a refund, and they had sent me replacement unexpectedly. I accepted the replacement hoping this replacement would work as it should, and also considered not going back and forth again with the pathetic service I had received only to find the left earpod has a buzzing sound. It doesn't seem as if new devices are sent out upon the request of replacements, a replacement I should have not had in the first place as I asked for a refund.I highly recommend that their processes reviewed as well as their standard of items. We pay for what we order, it's not for free and the hassle of returning is time consuming. You have your money, and I have a yet again a faulty device the second time around. Africa's largest online store. PATHETIC!!!
