waste of time

I ordered Fantastick 3D stickers in bright pink on the 9/4/15. Received the wrong colour (violet), then logged a call to return and replace product. Received another delivery and found once again that I had received the wrong colour. I now had 2x violet stickers and no collection had been arranged as yet. Logged another call for collection. A consultant called and arranged to collect on Tuesday by the end of the day. I arranged that someone be home who ended up waiting for a no show. The consultant called the next day again who arranged collection and delivery again. Finally received the right colour and the 2 incorrect items returned on the 7/5/15 (a month later). Then got an email saying I now have a balance owing to takealot! Which I refuse to pay . Will never recommend or buy from takelot again.
